30 years of wide-ranging management experience in Mining and Metals, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, and Telecommunications projects.  Senior Manager with international project and functional experience in Copper Concentrators/ SX-EW, Aluminum Smelters, and Alumina Refineries with project execution based on CM and Direct Hire models.  Experience includes project controls, procurement program planning, execution model strategy, and "direct hire" / contract packaging and coordination in EPC/ CM execution phase, as well as in conceptual engineering and feasibility studies.  Assignments include major mining projects ad studies in Latin America (Chile, Peru ad Columbia) for over 10 years, as well as in North America (Canada and USA), Middle East and Australia.


Experience of Terry Beckford


Over 45 years of relevant experience in the mining industry. 35 years experience with Bechtel with a strong emphasis in project services (estimating; cost and schedule control). Extensive project management positions held on projects in Holland; Canada; Chile and Irian Jaya.  After retiring, extensive project management consulting experience was gained by supporting the projects of major mining companies and large E & C companies. This involved everything from reviewing estimates to developing project execution plans.

40 years experience in Cost, Schedule & Estimating for Infrastructure/Power/Oil & Gas projects. Developed major LS estimates for  Infrastructure and Oil & Gas projects incl. contingency analysis.  Developed FAR compliant US Government estimating system & developed compliant proposals.  Continuously rewrite and improved estimating procedures.  Developed estimating training programs, trained estimators, cost/schedule and Management personnel.


Experience of Jeff Stacy


Over 35 years experience in Construction Management, Procurement/Contract Administration, Field coordination and Supervision for Mining and Processing Projects, Power Generation Plants, Waste-To-Energy Facility, Microelectronics, Telecommunication and several Commercial Projects.  Managerial responsibility and accountability of all aspects of Project development and project site during formulation planning and execution including, budgeting, engineering, materials, construction, labor relations and staffing.  Manager of single large or multiple medium AFE Manager.


Experience of Mark Alexander


Over 40 years in the Engineering / Construction business as the Manager of Contracts and Procurement of Bechtel’s Civil Global Business Unit, Bechtel Corporation’s Manager of Field Procurement; and contracts and procurement management responsibility on multiple direct hire and construction management projects executed globally in the Civil, Power, Oil and Gas, and Mining and Metals business sectors.  Responsibilities included main and sub contract formation and management, main office and field procurement operations, claims management, training and development of personnel, and the preparation and implementation of work processes and procedures.


Experience of Ed Thomas


Forty five (45) years experience in all facets of construction, including extensive underground tunneling, raises and shaft work and drilling and blasting surface work. Dual citizenship Canada and USA.  Registered Professional Engineer in the provinces of Ontario and British Columbia. Functioned as the Manager of Construction of a business unit.  Used extensively by Bechtel as a trouble shooter on projects requiring help.  Experienced with working international assignments with unique language requirements.  Set up and lead constructability teams on several mega-projects.  Extensive mining process work on Copper, iron ore, nickel/cobalt and gold processing plants.  Remote and cold weather experience in severe climatic extremes.


Experience of Ken Hedman


Principal Vice President of Labor and Industrial Relations for Bechtel Construction Company, responsible for its Labor and Industrial Relations programs in North and Latin America.  During 37 year career with Bechtel, worked in labor relations, safety and project management.  Extensive experience in all Labor and Industrial Relations activities: bidding work; union organizing campaigns; workforce training, staffing and motivation; craft jurisdictional assignments;  disputes' resolution and arbitration; labor agreement negotiations; and workforce labor assessments. Covered public projects (DOE and DOD), and private power and energy, oil, gas, and petro-chemical, mining and metals, civil and infrastructure and manufacturing projects.  Worked multiple labor markets in Canada, United States, Caribbean, and Latin America, and with Building and Construction Trades Unions and AFL-CIO Industrial and Service Unions.


Experience of Bruce Hubal


40 plus years of experience in the management, design, procurement, construction and activation of small, medium and mega projects in the commercial and government marketplace. Worked in both the field and home office. Developed and implemented project management processes and tools to provide the visibility to effectively manage the work. Areas of experience include:  Planning & Scheduling, Risk Analysis, Estimating, Training, Cost Engineering, Project Start-up, Design, Financial Management, Procurement, Construction, Contract Administration, Change Control.
