of the project.

Lama Gold Project: Completed a “cold eyes” review on the status of this $6
billion project and made recommendations on corrective action and recovery plan
required to meet project completion objectives. Established a project steering
committee with participation of key management from Owner and contractors to
overview performance issues and take appropriate action to support the project
