Klondyke Construction: Presented a project management training course with action list to establish company project control systems.


Ras AZ ZAWR (Ma’aden smelter) Aluminum Smelter Project: completed three separtate “cold eye” reviews of this $8 billion project including a performance evaluation, schedule analysis, and issued a report on recommendations to meet project completion objectives.


AP LNG Project: Completed a cold “eye review” of this $20 billion LNG project on the proposed project execution plan, schedule, and CAPEX including a risk analysis.


Los Pelambres Copper Concentrator Expansion Project:  Led a study on the execution plan, scope of work, and design review of this $4 billion expansion project including options for consideration for the development of the project.


Barrick Gold Pascua Lama Gold Project: Completed a “cold eyes” review on the status of this $6 billion project and made recommendations on corrective action and recovery plan required to meet project completion objectives. Established a project steering committee with participation of key management from Owner and contractors to overview performance issues and take appropriate action to support the project execution.


Xstrata Las Bambas Copper Concentrator Project: Completed a “cold eye” review of this $5 billion project to evaluate the status of the project organization structure, execution plan, schedule, and cost forecast and issued a report on corrective action required to meet completion objectives.


Rio Tinto / Alcan Kitimat Aluminum Smelter Project: Complete two “cold eye” reviews of this $5 billion project to evaluation the path forward execution plan, schedule, and cost forecast to meet completion objectives.
